This guide contains some resources that may be useful. There is much more information available to you through the library than is here. If you have any questions or aren't finding anything on your topic, please come and see us in the library.
When you look at information in books, keep in mind, that you don't have to read the whole book - often a chapter on your topic can be the perfect resource.
In this guide, clicking on the BOOK links' allows you to see the Contents pages in the books, but not the full text of the book. You have to get it off the shelf in the library or ask a library person how to get it. (Write down the title or the call number.)
If it's an EBOOK you will be able to look at the full text of the book online. After clicking on the ebook, look for links on the page to the Full Text. It may say "Click here to access ebook," or have other links on the left hand side, such as "PDF Full Text" or "Download."
For ARTICLES click on the title and then click on the PDF Full Text on the left.
To search for information on a topic that isn't available in the guide, go to the library webpage and do an OCtopus search. (This is a link.) When you get the results limit by date, item type (book, journal article, magazine etc.) or other limiters on the left. If you have trouble please ask us for help.
