CanLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute)
CanLII provides access to the legal heritage of all Canadian Law, including statues and case law from federal, provincial and territorial jurisdictions.
Resources to support Canadian legal research. Materials covered are statutes, regulations, journal articles, case law, tribunal decisions, and legal commentary.
Martins Online Criminal Code
An online legal research tool providing users with access to all versions of the Criminal Code, along with cross-references, synopses, and corresponding commentary. Users can browse through previous versions and find forms of charges dating back to 1970, cases referred to in Martin's case law annotations, or users can search for a particular section or subsection from a specific date.
