There are many slide shows, exercises and other ILI materials on Ester's website and everything has a Creative Commons license on it: A-NC-SA. This means that you may feel free to use or adapt it, as long as you indicate the author and source (A=Attribution), do not use it for profit (NC=Non-Commercial), and include a Creative Commons license using the same A-NC-SA restrictions (SA=Share Alike).
