From course textbooks and readings, your background research, your Google Searches you should start writing down keywords (also known as search terms) and keyword phrases in your Research Journal.
These keywords will form the basis of your search queries. They may not always work, so you may have to think of alternative words and phrases.
As you are entering these terms in OCtopus it will at times give you suggestions.
