This guide will help Therapist Assistant students find research information in the OC Library collections and on the Internet.

Terminology - E-Books

OC students and staff can access these books online or download them to a device. Use your myOkanagan login for off-campus access. 

Terminology - Circulating Print Collection

These books can be found in the circulating collection (the main shelves on 3rd floor at Kelowna campus library).

Available for two week loans, with renewals - for OC students and staff plus community users who have registered for borrowing privileges.

Kelowna 3rd Floor Reserves

Find these books on the 3rd floor of the Kelowna campus library at the far end of the shelf block of AACP and EL textbook reserves (turn right up the stairs then left).

Available for one week loan, to OC students and staff. Community users may read in the Kelowna Library only.

Handbook and Intro

This Handbook provides resources for instructors and students for teaching and learning medical terminology, with specific goals towards English as a second / other language students. It is the result of an Okanagan College Innovation Fund Project 2018.
