The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) was created by an Act of Parliament in 1988. It is a non-governmental organization (NGO) charged with providing leadership on substance use and to identify solutions to address alcohol and other drug related issues in order to reduce substance use harms.
