Canada's Sports Hall of Fame
Canada's Sports Hall of Fame is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to conferring Canada's highest sporting honour on athletes and organizers. Canada's Sports Hall of Fame Museum celebrates a community of Hall of Famers, 665 to date, that inspire Canadians in sport and life. New Hall of Famers are inducted annually and their stories are shared through curated exhibits, immersive experiences and digital storytelling.
Dictionary of Canadian Biography Online
The online version of the Dictionary of Canadian Biography/Dictionnaire biographique du Canada (DCB/DBC) is a major research and publishing project of the University of Toronto and the Université Laval that was launched in 1959. Its purpose was and is to provide a reference work of Canadian biography to “compete with or even surpass works of a similar character produced elsewhere.”
