During the Fall Semester, the Kelowna Reference Desk is staffed from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
From 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and again from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, Library staff are available to assist you via the AskAway service. During these times OC Library staff are logged in to AskAway and monitoring the service for OC student assistance requests.
