There is also an AskAway link built into the OC Library OCtopus Seatch system which is located on the right-hand side of the webpage. It is embedded directly into OCtopus and all you have to do is click on the text box and start entering your question. 

This AskAway box may from time to time be collapsed into a smaller version. Just click on it to active the AskAway Service.
