The Canadian Conundrum

Canada has some of the largest renewable freshwater reserves in the World.  What we lack is a comprehensive national water policy. Instead, we have a patchwork of federal and provincial legislation that has resulted in a situation that results in having to be knowledgeable of 14 different water law regimes.
